Todd Alan’s Five Strand Twist Weave ring features four strands twisted around a center rope strand, giving the design a particularly celtic feel. Slim (~4.5mm) – Our most delicate braid. A perfect choice for a subtle, dainty ring. Only available with outer bands.
Classic (~5.8mm) – Our most recommended width. Looks great on most hands. If both partners choose this size, Todd can braid both rings from one strand—symbolizing your lives woven together.
Bold (~6.5mm) – A thicker, sturdier ring. Great for those who work with their hands or want a more substantial look.
Round Bands – Smooth, rounded profile. Each band is ~1.3mm to the ring, for a total of ~2.6mm extra width.
1.5mm Square Bands – Clean and modern. Each band is ~1.5mm, for a total of ~3mm extra width.
2mm Square Bands – Bold and structured. Each band is ~2mm, for a total of ~4mm extra width.
Standard Diamond Bands (1/8ct) – 27 diamonds per band (1.1mm each). Adds ~4mm total width and 1/4 total carat weight.
1/3ct Diamond Bands – 17 diamonds per band (1.7mm each). Adds ~5.58mm total width and 2/3 total carat weight.
1/2ct Diamond Bands – 17 diamonds per band (2.0mm each). Adds ~6.18mm total width and 1ct total carat weight.
If the same braid width is chosen for both rings—Slim, Classic, or Bold—, Todd can weave one long braid and create both wedding rings out of this single braid. Even if the outer bands are different.
For some, this represents two separate individuals who choose to weave their lives together and have even incorporated this symbolism in to their vows during their ceremony.
