Todd’s unique take of the idea of a Mother’s Ring incorporates both motherhood and children to form a deeply personal and special gift she will treasure. This new addition to Todd’s Collection has created a classification all its own. The process of creating a swirl ring, by its very nature, ensures each ring comes out completely differently than the last.
After completing the swirl ring’s braiding, Todd then adds the chosen birthstone of each of the Mother’s children or grandchildren. Thus the incredible individuality is represented as no two rings will ever be alike. Old gold and heirloom diamonds and gemstones can be incorporated into any of our designs. OB617V ~6mm – This is an awesome men’s ring and will be strong and sturdy, it is a wonderful choice if you work with your hands or just want a larger ring.
Add a diamond, sapphire, moissanite or any gemstone to your six strand open weave.
Round Outer Bands: In this set each band is rounded and is approximately 1mm wide. Adding 2mm to the the braid.
1.5mm Square Outer Bands: In this set each band is approximately 1.5mm wide. Adding 3mm to the the braid.
2mm Square Outer Bands: In this set each band is approximately 2mm wide. Adding 4mm to the the braid.
Standard Diamond Outer Bands (5.5mm):
In this set each band has 27 1.1mm diamonds and a total carat weight of 1/8 CT. Adding a total of 1/4twc to your ring. Each band is approximately 2mm wide. Adding 4mm to your braid.
1/3ct Diamond Outer Bands (9.08mm):
This set has 17 1.7mm diamonds in each band and a total carat weight of 1/3 CT. Adding a total of 2/3twc to your ring. Each band is approximately 2.79mm wide. Adding 5.58 mm to your braid.
1/2ct Diamond Outer Bands (9.68mm):
This set has 17 2mm diamonds in each band and a total carat weight of 1/2 CT. Adding a total of 1twc to your ring. Each band is approximately 3.09mm wide. Adding 6.18mm to your braid.
