Ten Strand Double Weave

Todd Alan’s Ten Strand Ring is another of Todd’s favorites and is by far the most intricate and largest of his braided styles. It is open but dense with more strands than its eight strand counterpart woven tighter together. It is quite a substantial ring and looks incredible in platinum. If you like wide, heavy rings, this is a wonderful choice, even if you are hard on your rings or work with your hands a lot, it will stand up to anything and last for years to come.

How to Order a Ring

Step #1 — Start with Your Base Ring

  • The first option is the Customize button — where you can select your metal colors and width.

  • The other options are popular Four Strand designs that many couples have loved, shown in common metal combinations for easy ordering.

Every ring is still made by hand, one at a time, and nothing is pre-made or kept in stock. Choosing a popular option simply gives you a quick way to order a design many couples have enjoyed.

Step #3 — Add a Diamond or Gemstone (Optional)

  2. The stone/diamond you selected

We’ll set the stone directly into your braid. That’s it!

This is a diamond braided ring. This braided wedding ring is in 14k yellow gold and a diamond set in a ten strand braid.

Step #4 — Rings Made from the Same Braid (Symbolic Optional)

Many couples choose to have their rings woven from the very same braid — a powerful and romantic symbol of two lives intertwined. Todd begins by hand-braiding one continuous strand of metal, then crafts each ring from that shared braid so they are forever connected.

To do this, both rings must have:

  • The same braid width (Slim, Classic, or Bold)

  • The same braid colors

Outer bands can still be different — the shared braid is always at the heart of the design.

This meaningful detail has been cherished by many couples, with some even weaving it into their vows during the ceremony. It is offered as a heartfelt option at no additional charge, and we automatically do it when both rings in the same order meet these details. If you’d like to be certain, simply leave us a note or comment when ordering, or email us after placing your order.
